KDT is a Digital Artwork (NFT) company. We sell artwork of legendary cars, modern cars, and family cars.

Our car artwork is also available on shirts and caps, which are available for a limited time as only a few pieces of each collection are produced.

Legal Basis and Jurisdiction

This promotional sweepstakes is organized by KDT.

Any controversy, claim, or legal dispute related to this promotion will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts.

Restrictions for Minors:

A) Individuals under 18 years of age or legally incapacitated persons are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

B) Verification Requirements:

The winner must present a valid ID (driver's license or voter registration card) when claiming their prize. The winner must agree to the publication of their identity and documentation of their participation as a condition of receiving the prize.

C) Data Accuracy:

Participants must provide truthful and complete personal information.

Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate disqualification.

Once all digital artworks have been submitted, we will announce the date and time to reveal the winning Digital Artwork (NFT).

As soon as the date and time are announced, KDT will go live on TikTok.

Once we have the winning Digital Artwork (NFT), we will contact you by phone to request basic information to verify your identity.

Once the winner's identity is verified with their driver's license, we will schedule the date and time for the car delivery.

KDT is responsible for delivering the vehicle and transferring the title to the new owner.

KDT is responsible for paying the transfer fees for each vehicle.
